1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period on most products, measured from the confirmed delivery date. You may return an eligible item for any reason within this period for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Return initiated within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
- Item is in its original, unused and unaltered condition.
- Item is returned in original manufacturer packaging with all accessories and inserts.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened ink or toner cartridges where the protective seal has been broken.
- Digital software licences or product keys once revealed or activated.
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Consumable items that have been partially or fully used.
- Items damaged through misuse, accident, or unauthorised modification.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email support@deviceasecare.online or call +1 (888) 439-3206 with your order number and return reason.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in original packaging, mark the RMA number on the outside, and ship via the provided carrier instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
- Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Wrong Item Received
Contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item at our cost and dispatch the correct one as a priority, or issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.
