These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DevicEaseCare website at deviceasecare.online (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, have read these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
DevicEaseCare is an independent retailer specialising in printers, ink cartridges, toner, keyboards and related technology accessories. We operate as an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any original equipment manufacturer. All third-party brand names and model numbers referenced on this site are used solely for product identification purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.
To place an order you may check out as a guest or register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@deviceasecare.online if you suspect unauthorised use.
All products are subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund, a suitable substitute, or a backorder where applicable. Product images are illustrative; actual items may vary slightly in appearance. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.
Prices are in US Dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; however, you will always be charged the price shown at the time your order is placed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund, or contact you to proceed at the correct price.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract forms when we dispatch your goods and send a shipping confirmation. We may decline orders for reasons including unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.
We accept major credit and debit cards and Pay on Delivery for eligible orders. All card transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway using SSL/TLS encryption. DevicEaseCare does not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment data on our servers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes not resolved informally within 30 days shall be subject to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.
