This policy explains how we process and deliver your orders, including delivery options, timelines, costs and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
We ship to all physical addresses within the 50 United States and Washington D.C. We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Your tracking number will be emailed when your order is dispatched. Tracking typically becomes active within 2–4 hours of dispatch. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account.
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the carrier will attempt redelivery on the next business day and hold the parcel at a local facility for up to 7 days. If uncollected, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery (a redelivery fee may apply).
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your parcel, contact us within 7 days. We will open a carrier investigation (typically 5–10 business days) and reship or refund upon conclusion.
We work with trusted national and regional shipping carriers depending on the service selected, parcel size, and delivery location. Your dispatch confirmation will confirm which carrier is handling your order.
